Pasta Without Bell Peppers
It's been a while since I single-handedly prepared a decent meal. Remembered the pasta that I worked on a whileeeee ago? Well I craved for pasta today and did the best I could from whatever ingredients available in the fridge / shelves: Carrot, broccoli, onion, dried shiitake mushrooms and sausage (with corn stuffings, yay!).
So I followed all the steps, but this time with a generous chunk of butter. Okay, I was stingy the previous few times and I learnt my lesson. I loved my onions slightly raw (for the crunchiness and flavour!) so I only throw in the onions after my pasta was like 90% done. It's not award-winning-delicious but it's more than good enough for me to devour an entire plate with satisfaction.

If only I have cheese... Ahh...

Back home make got cheese 1 for me^^
